Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
viipph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit viipph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
viipph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. viipph will not sell your personal data to third parties. viipph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to have violated these Terms or if viipph determines, in its sole discretion, that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to viipph, other players, or third parties. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting viipph customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the viipph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. viipph operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operators serving the Philippine market.
