Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name – third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Your KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.

GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank's processing schedule.
